This surgery is quite good. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and they know their patients which makes them personable. The gp is very efficient and direct but it would be more productive to have another gp at the surgery. They very often fall behind as there is only one doctor and waiting times are long. My biggest problem with this surgery is the space. It is extremely small. As a mum, it is very difficult to get my pushchair into the waiting area. I cannot take it into the doctor's office as the passage is too narrow to accommodate it. So I am forced to leave it in the waiting room with other patients. There is no dedicated space to change for babies and as the waiting room is small, it is an impossible task. The reception area is also tiny and there is no room to move anywhere when the survey is busy. Another problem is that the systems are out dated which is a problem when a patient is seeing a new nurse or a replacement doctor. There is nothing visually appealing about this surgery. The main reasons I go there is due to the proximity to my house and I like the staff.

It was so easy to book an appointment, and I was able to see my G.P today, which was super. My G.P is very caring, helpful and always goes the extra mile to help and support. Excellent service, which I would recommend. Many thanks.

A surgery where you can get an appointment within a reasonable time. Dr Attalla is an excellent doctor she listens explains procedures clearly & gives reassurance & appropriate time to ensure all areas are covered. She is sympathetic, always makes you feel that you have had a full consultation, put your mind at rest, gives you the confidence in the recommended treatment & any necessary follow up appointments. You feel able to contact her again should any symptons change. Constantly recommended to friends & family.
